- What are the shipping charges?
Rates are based on location and volumetric weight.
- What is the delivery lead time?
With Consegnia as our courier service, the following are our lead times per area:
- 2 – 3 Days Lead Time for NCR
- 4 – 5 Days Lead Time for North & South Luzon
- 5 – 6 Days Lead Time for Visayas
- 5 – 7 Days Lead Time for Mindanao
- Who is the courier service?
We are using Consegnia Logistics as our main courier service.
- Does The Real Company deliver to out of serviceable areas and restricted zones?
We are not able to deliver to out of serviceable areas and restricted zones such as camps, ports and airports. Please contact us via Chat and let our customer service team verify your address.
- How can I reschedule if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier delivery service will call you to check if you would like your parcel to be left at a secure location of your choice, or you will receive an email/SMS to reschedule the delivery.
- Do you deliver outside Philippines?
Not yet—but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for international shipping updates.
- When will you receive my returned package?
Once you hand over your return to our logistics partner, it typically takes 2–7 business days to reach our warehouse.
- Why do I have to wait for The Real Company to receive my returned product(s) before I get a refund?
We need to receive and inspect your returned product(s) first to ensure they meet our Return Policy conditions. Once verified, we’ll process your refund promptly. If the items don’t meet the required criteria, we won’t be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
